Data Handling Policy

• Private by Design. Your chats and reflections are stored in your own encrypted Supabase vault — not shared or sold.
• Proxy Architecture. AI models (like OpenAI or Anthropic) never see your identity. We strip personal data before any analysis is run.
• No Training Use. Your messages are never used to train or improve third-party AI models.
• Encryption. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Row-Level Security (RLS). Only you can access your records — not even admins can read your reflections.
• Control. You can export or permanently delete your data at any time.

How We Use AI

NF Money uses AI through secure, controlled channels to provide insights based on your inputs. No direct data exchange occurs between you and any large AI provider — we act as a secure intermediary.

• Ephemeral Context. Each AI call uses temporary, anonymized text. It’s not stored or tied to your profile.
• No Cross-User Learning. Each user’s data is isolated. There is no shared model or collective memory.
• Human Transparency. You always know when AI is used and what for — never hidden automation.
